Permanent Office Manager required for Newry. Position Overview My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of their FMCG business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the telesales team, coordinating with field sales representatives, and ensuring smooth office functions. This position requires strong organisational, and communication skills, with a focus on driving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and increasing profitability through sales growth and upselling opportunities. Duties will include Team Management Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews. Ensure high levels of productivity and morale within the team. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business processes. Ensure timely coordination of orders, deliveries, and product queries. Sales & Customer Support Liaise with sales representatives regarding orders, deliveries, and client requirements. Handle escalated client queries, ensuring quick and professional resolution. Work with the telesales team to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers. Maximise revenue opportunities by leveraging the existing customer database. Business Development Support marketing initiatives to promote products and strengthen customer loyalty. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience. Reporting & Administration Manage office budgets, expenses, and resources effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Any other duties required to fulfill the role. Essential Criteria: Proven experience or similar role ideally within FMCG or related industries. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Proficient in MS Office to include Excel and CRM/sales management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
