Honeycomb is pleased to be exclusively working alongside a well-respected and long-established banking organisation in Northern Ireland to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor for the Banbridge branch.

Role Summary

As a valued member of the branch team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional and welcoming. The role involves assisting with customer queries, processing transactions, and handling cash securely and accurately.

Main Duties

1. Provide a high standard of customer service, responding to enquiries efficiently and courteously.
2. Carry out deposits, withdrawals, lodgements, and other teller operations with precision.
3. Adhere to cash-handling procedures, completing daily reconciliations in compliance with audit and security standards.
4. Promote the bank's range of services and guide customers toward digital or self-service options when suitable.
5. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the branch.

The Person

We're seeking someone detail-oriented, confident in handling cash, and skilled in providing exceptional face-to-face service.

Essential Criteria:

6. Experience in a customer-facing position.
7. Positive attitude with a high level of initiative, willingness to help others and contribute to organisational success.
8. Strong accuracy and reliability when handling cash transactions.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
10. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desirable Criteria:

11. Previous experience within banking, retail cash handling, or financial services.
12. Full, clean UK driving licence.

Package & Benefits

13. £13.74 per hour
14. Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
15. Temporary up to 6 months
