A critical element of the provision of these services and upholding the highest level of customer service falls with the Ticketing Department, which has a series of vital responsibilities, including the provision of home and away games and stadium events, access control on matchdays and providing resolution points around the Stadium.
About the Department
Reporting to the Ticket Office Manager, Ticketing Team Members will join the Ticketing department on a Match Day to ensure supporters can access the Stadium safely and efficiently. They will support the Ticket Office and wider ticketing areas, work with other team members to ensure all ticketing sales and enquiries are handled professionally and as efficiently as possible to eliminate any entry issues before kick-off.
If not working in the East or West Ticket Pods, Ticketing Team Members will be working in and around each of the home stands and the main Ticket Office to ensure successful entry and resolve any ticketing issues or queries. This will include the use of handheld scanners that link to the access control system, which the Ticketing Department will provide training on before supporters gain any access to the Stadium.
Ticketing Team Members will also be required to report any issues back to the Ticket Office and assist, where possible, to resolve any issues highlighted. Radios will be deployed to Team Members for constant communication with Team Members and the Ticket Office Management Team.
* Hours – Variable, mostly weekends and evenings.
* All home games will be required to work where possible.
* Extra hours during busy periods in the Ticket Office may be required for projects such as Season Ticket or Away Ticket fulfilment
Duties
* Assisting Ticketing Team in Ticket Sales from East and West Ticket Pods and Main Ticket Office.
* Assisting Ticketing Team in Ticket Resolution and Access Control outside Stadium Turnstiles
* Assisting Ticketing Team with Customer Ticket Collections and Customer Service Enquiries.
* Food and refreshments provided on shift.
* 2 x Complimentary tickets provided for each home fixture worked for team member and accompanying guest to enjoy the match after your shift concludes (subject to some sold out fixtures).
* Free Club Uniform provided.
* Development training provided on Customer Service Process and Ticketmaster platform.
