Turning Point Scotland is a national social care charity and Turning Point Scotland South Ayrshire delivers services to people with Learning Disabilities, on the Autistic Spectrum and with Mental Health needs. We have been successfully supporting adults in South Ayrshire since .
We currently have exciting opportunities to work with young people transitioning into their own homes and are looking for friendly, upbeat Support Practitioners to join their teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Supporting day-to-day life in a person-centred, respectful way.
· Helping plans activities – no two days are the same!
· Being a good listener, a great companion, and an encouraging presence.
· Promoting independence while being there when it matters most.
· Working flexible shifts including sleepovers.
