What Youll Own You'll be the driving force behind the planning, installation and quality delivery of mechanical services on major construction sites. Your role spans the full lifecycle from kick-off to commissioning and covers everything from sequencing, subcontractor management and quality control, to technical problem-solving, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication. Youll lead teams with confidence, manage suppliers like a pro, and ensure safety, performance and timelines are rock-solid throughout. ?? What Youll Bring A solid background in mechanical project delivery (5 years ideally) Ideally some qualifications in Building Services / HVAC (HNC minimum) and site safety (SMSTS) Practical knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and the regulations that matter Strong tech skills and confidence using construction management tools Sharp planning skills, natural leadership, and a calm head under pressure ?
