Key Responsibilities
Statistical leadership for clinical trials, payer / HEOR / JCA submissions, or evidence generation studies
Lead statistical strategy across multiple complex project workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scientific rigor. Act as a subject matter expert in statistical innovation, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Implement advanced methodologies such as causal inference and machine learning, and real-world data (RWE) analytics.
Translate data-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Foster collaboration across diverse internal and external stakeholders, including Discovery, R&D, Medical Affairs, and other strategic partners.
Qualifications & Experience
• PhD/ MSc/ BSc in Mathematics, or related field preferred with 6+ years of industry experience, with a proven track record of innovation and strategic influence in pharmaceutical development.
• Deep expertise in advanced statistical methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights, with a track record for global scientific leadership in the development and evaluation of modern programme/ trial design methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional and external partnerships.
• Strong leadership capabilities, able to drive alignment and maintain focus on program goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain novel and standard methods to scientific and clinical colleagues.
• Experience in capability building within organizations.
