Junior Business Analyst Intro We have an incredible opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team on a fixed term basis for 12 months, based in the Darlington office (hybrid based). This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. The person As a Business Analyst, you will bring a strong background in delivering analysis work across the project lifecycle. To be successful in this role you will you have experience with process mapping across complex environments and will have an ability to review and analyse the effectiveness of existing processes and where needed, accurately document the ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ process to encourage continuous improvement. Knowledge of industry standards for Business and Process Analysis including documentation, project lifecycle, implementation and governance is key. We are looking for someone who has an ability to build collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery of key projects. You will be able to act as a conduit between developers and end business users and can undertake excellent written communications to end business users. Organisational skills and a proven ability to adapt and re-plan due to competing or changing priorities is key. As a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate a good understanding of problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations and develop practical solutions.
