Due to sustained client demand, we’re expanding our Employment Tax team and are looking for a Senior Manager to play a key role in delivering high‑quality advisory work, managing significant client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of our offering. You’ll advise across a broad range of employment tax matters (including PAYE, NICs, benefits‑in‑kind, IR35, global mobility, and reward planning) working closely with senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships. What you'll be doing day to day Leading employment tax advisory engagements across PAYE, NICs, CIS, expatriate tax, and global mobility Managing key client relationships and delivering high‑quality, practical advice Actively contributing to business development, including identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding existing accounts Advising on IR35 and off‑payroll working, including reviews and remediation projects Conducting employment tax risk reviews, audits, and due diligence Supporting the structuring of tax‑efficient remuneration and termination packages Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisers Coaching and mentoring managers and junior team members Participating in leadership and development initiatives aligned to progression towards Director Keeping clients informed of legislative changes and emerging employment tax risks About you ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent) Strong, hands‑on experience in UK employment tax as a Senior Manager or equivalent Excellent technical knowledge of P11Ds, PSAs, and employment tax legislation Exposure to global mobility is advantageous but not essential Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship‑building skills Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated by career progression and growth Why work at PKF Francis Clark As the largest firm of independent chartered accountants and business advis e rs in South West England, PKF Francis Clark offers a breadth of opportunities to develop your career in the way that ’s right for you.
