We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week (Days, Nights, and Weekends) at Cygnet Hospital Wyke.
Cygnet Hospital Wyke provides a comprehensive pathway of acute admissions services for men. Our team works closely and collaboratively with service users, their families, and the referrer to provide a seamless pathway from referral to discharge.
Our acute service assesses and manages risk factors, enabling us to work successfully and robustly with individuals posing higher levels of complexity and challenge, who may present a risk to themselves and others.

Your day-to-day…
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
* Work closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality
* Attend all training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals, in accordance with NMC guidelines
* Administer medicines within healthcare procedures and Healthcare Commission guidelines

An experienced RMN with a current Pin Number, you’ll have…
Essential:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
* A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
* A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
* Compassion, resilience, and a dedication to empower and support service user independence
Desirable:
* The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
* An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
