About the role We’re looking for an Analyst to join our Planning & Analytics team within Ocado Logistics. Reporting to an Analytics Manager, you will provide data, analysis, reporting, and decision-making support to stakeholders across Logistics and, in some cases, wider areas of the business. This role exists to turn data into actionable insight—helping to optimise operational efficiency, drive improvements in KPIs, and support strategic projects across the supply chain. You’ll play a key part in consolidating data from multiple sources, performing root cause analysis, and presenting insights to operational and business leaders. You will be Extracting, analysing, and visualising data to support operational and strategic decisions. Collaborating across teams including Logistics, Finance, Technology, and client partners. Building and maintaining reporting and BI tools to provide insight and inform decision-making. Supporting cross-departmental projects with a significant data or analytics component. Ensuring all data handling complies with best practice security standards. About you Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Technical proficiency in SQL, VBA, or other relevant programming/scripting languages. Experience using or building BI tools to create impactful reporting. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
