Hybrid working arrangement combining office days with home working. Required travel to operational sites for meetings.

Purpose of the Role
Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and improve processes: collect data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions aligned with business goals.
* Support project delivery: assist in planning and implementing improvement projects, including workshops and stakeholder engagement.
* Monitor and report performance: develop dashboards, track KPIs, and prepare reports to demonstrate progress and outcomesli>
* Champion continuous improvement: promote innovation and best practices, contributing ideas that drive operational excellence.
* Assist with transformation programmes: support contract mobilisation and change initiatives using Lean or similar methodologies.
What You Will Bring
* Minimum 2:1 degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Construction or Engineering)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Proactive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
