You'll manage the full sales cycle—from viewings to key handover—ensuring a smooth, efficient and customer‑focused process.
Responsibilities
* Manage viewings, open days and handovers.
* Prepare completion packs and support customers through each stage.
* Track sales progress, meet targets and reduce financial risk.
* Produce price lists, rent/service charge calculations and sales reports.
* Liaise with Homebuy Agents, local authorities, mortgage advisors and internal teams.
* Support buyers with Shared Ownership and affordable housing schemes.
Qualifications
* Experience in property sales, lettings or housing management.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Shared Ownership or affordable home ownership (desirable).
* Highly organised and proactive, able to handle multiple deadlines.
Benefits
* £40,000 OTE – Basic salary up to £30,000, plus up to £10,000 commission per annum, paid quarterly (subject to performance to agreed targets).
