Job Description
3. Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment queries and disputes.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of debt collections and account reconciliations.
6. Assist in setting up payment plans with customers where necessary.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to address invoicing issues promptly.
8. Generate regular reports on outstanding balances and progress updates.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
10. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in credit control or a similar role within accounting and finance.
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
13. Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients.
14. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
15. An understanding of property industry practices and standards.
16. A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial records.
