Knitwear Linker
We are looking for an experienced linker to join our knitwear team in Kelso. Our micro factory is home to our family run knitwear company, established in 2012. We specialise in creating quality, bespoke accessories. Each product is designed and knitted individually, and finished by hand.
Candidates for this role must be driven to delivering exceptional quality, in a timely manner. Full training is provided in-house.
Key skills required for this role are:
* A confident linker with a great eye for detail.
* Have previous experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Enjoy working as part of a small production team.
* Have a passion for knitwear.
* Able to maintain a good work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

* Be able to assist in various roles if required (stock take/quality check/packaging etc).
Working hours are flexible between Monday-Saturday. This is a temporary, part time role, with the potential to extend. This role may be ideal for a highly skilled freelancer seeking flexible work.
Interview:
The initial interview will be by phone, thereafter the successful applicants will be asked to attend a face-to-face interview with a practical skills session.

Part-time hours: Flexible days, min 10 hours per week
Pay: £12.60 per hour in training, raising to £15 per hour, weekly pay, 1 week in lieu
