Essential Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with internal teams to influence process quality.
2. Determine appropriate actions for process improvements.
3. Recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Monitor and manage account health and performance.
5. Provide analytical insights to support business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications:
6. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years in ecommerce marketing, growth, or merchant success, ideally with payments or BNPL.Experience running on site and CRM campaigns and optimising checkout flows.Strong stakeholder skills with enterprise merchants.Comfortable with data, able to turn analysis into actions.Clear written and verbal communication.High integrity and ownership.
