Your new role at NewDay
As part of the Brand department in the Marketing Team, you will lead on delivering the brand & B2C marketing strategy for Newpay, a new embedded finance product with an exciting and bold growth agenda.
This is an opportunity to further evolve the brand & marketing strategy, as a generalist across brand positioning, content, retail channels, and website/SEO.
0-12 months you’ll
1. Further develop the Newpay brand proposition and identity, considering the needs of both retail partner (B2B) & consumer (B2C) audiences
2. Collaborate with the business to successfully roll out the Newpay brand strategy & value proposition across the E2E experience (including brand management)
3. Develop the Newpay marketing plan for owned channels (with a focus on website, SEO, and content), retail partner marketing opportunities (such as on-site promotion), as well as identifying opportunities to test paid digital activities to prove the value of brand marketing.
4. Lead and manage delivery of impactful owned channel campaign assets, working with Digital, Social & Content teams to deliver high quality creative customer & brand experiences.
5. Lead review of journeys developed for other new retail partners as needed, to ensure maximum brand consistency across all touchpoints.
What you’ll bring
We need knowledge, experience + expertise in:
6. Developing and delivering brand propositions & marketing plans, and of handling 3rd parties (i.e, suppliers, agencies, etc.)
7. Campaign and channel management experience across the marketing mix, with a focus on brand building by leveraging digital, SEO & owned channels.
8. Experience working across various stages of a customer journey for a product.
9. Experience working with collaborative tools such as Lucid, Figma, and Jira.
