We’re working on behalf of a fast growing, highly respected dental laboratory that’s part of a wider group, known for their technical excellence and premium service across restorative and implant dentistry.
They’re looking to appoint a Customer Sales Manager - a brand new role that’s been created to support ambitious growth plans and a focus on long term customer relationships.
This is not a cold calling role, it’s a commercially focused, relationship building position where you’ll be working with existing and prospective dental practices across the local area, onboarding new clients, generating awareness across social media and working closely with partners to host educational events and drive referrals.
You’ll be responsible for promoting the lab’s services, driving attendance to training events through the business’s inhouse education programme, following up on marketing leads, creating content for social media, supporting the sales pipeline and becoming the local champion for customer engagement - whether that’s over the phone, via email, on LinkedIn, or in person.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Target-driven and customer-obsessed
* Confident with outbound communication and social media content
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Ideally from a sales background with social media experience
* Dental, med device, or healthcare background preferred
* Happy to travel locally around the M25 (no overnights)
