Motus Commercials located in Deeside is on the lookout for a dedicated Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in the Service department. This exciting new role will see you working:
5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 16.30pm
Salary - £15,704

What Will You Be Doing?
1. Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication
2. Dealing with customer queries
3. Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop
4. Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle progress
5. Scheduling services required for customers.
6. To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them

As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in Deesidewe will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
• An interest in motor vehicles is desirable.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence.
• Being highly motivated with an eye for detail.
• Driven by your own initiative
• An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred.
