Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
* Understanding and upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
* Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
* Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
* Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
* Proven experience in residential property (sales or lettings), with a strong understanding of the market and day-to-day operations
* Confident taking ownership of your pipeline — managing deals, clients and timelines without needing close supervision
* Builds strong, lasting relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants
* A natural problem solver who can think on their feet and keep deals moving forward
* Strong negotiator and communicator who knows how to influence outcomes and maximise value
