Our client is a long-established plumbing and heating business with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service.
Following continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Scheduler / Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule job cards for external engineering teams
Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers
Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system
Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries
Book parts and liaise with suppliers
Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business
Process invoices accurately
Prepare and manage new quotes
This role offers a basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
20 days holiday plus bank holiday rising with service

Requirements:
Previous experience in similar role
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
Confident IT skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload
