At our Mansfield site we currently have a requirement for a Warehouse Team Leader, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse operations.
Ensure control of production movements on a day-to-day basis through to warehouse storage and distribution. Formulate and implement improvements within the Warehouse and to agree and maintain measurable stock levels per product at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for accurate recording of warehouse data and system reporting.
2. Keep good communication with logistics company
3. Present shift data, analyse and hold daily shift reviews with warehouse staff.
4. Ensure quality and hygiene standards are always maintained to internal and external accepted standards.
5. Investigate root causes of customer / supplier complaints using problem solving techniques.
6. Ensure the company health and safety policy is adhered to in the plant.
7. Ensure the housekeeping is to agreed standards.
8. Work with training matrix to ensure a multi-skilled team, ensuring that all staff are trained to carry out their duties.
9. Support Warehouse team by carrying out warehouse duties as and when required.
10. Support the site by assisting any department if required.

11. Experience within a fast paced warehousing environment, familiar with processes and warehousing systems
12. Team lead experience – able to identify training requirements
13. Strong understanding of H&S requirements within a fast paced warehousing environment
14. Excellent communicate skills – written and verbal
15. Adaptable and approachable
16. Valid FLT License
What you can expect working with us
Salary: £30,483 (dependant on experience)
Monday to Friday (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm – 6am) rotating shift pattern
