Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required. Additional Qualifications Masters/Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM subject Consistent, well-rounded academic track record, including excellent communication and time management skills Proficiency in at least one programming language. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles (for CS degree candidates) Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is a plus, but not required
