Role Overview š
The Change & Business Readiness Lead role is a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC) within our Change Management function, working within a dedicated crossāfunctional team alongside a Business Analyst and Project Manager. You will lead the final, businessācritical stage of major transformation initiatives - ensuring redesigned processes, AIāenabled tools, and new ways of delivering our product to customers are clearly understood, operationally viable, and ready for adoption across the organisation. Acting as the bridge between solution design and the business, you will translate futureāstate operating models into behaviour change, training, communications, and readiness plans. Your work ensures that the transformationās ambitious goals - such as radically accelerating customer onboarding timelines - truly land and deliver realāworld impact.
Responsibilities š¤
* Lead the endātoāend business readiness phase across the transformation lifecycle, from early design through to implementation and organisationāwide rollout.
* Work closely with the Business Analyst to translate redesigned āToāBeā processes into fully adoptable, scalable ways of working.
* Conduct deep impact assessments to understand how new processes, tools, and AIādriven capabilities affect roles, teams, and customer interactions.
* Develop and deliver communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans to reduce resistance and support behavioural change.
* Define adoption success metrics, monitor postālaunch performance, and drive corrective action where needed to ensure changes embed effectively.
* Partner with Product, Delivery, and Operations to ensure alignment on intent, scope, risks, and operational implications before goālive.
* Identify operational risks early in the design process and integrate mitigation strategies into delivery roadmaps.
What are we looking for? š
* A proven, documented track record of leading business readiness and adoption activities in organisations experiencing high growth or significant transformation.
* At least 3ā4+ years of handsāon change execution experience, gained across at least two different companies, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different cultures, operating models, and delivery environments.
* Strong familiarity with change management frameworks, paired with the ability to apply them pragmatically in fastāpaced and nonābureaucratic contexts.
* Ability to interpret redesigned processes and operating models and translate them into practical, businessāready adoption plans.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to bridge technical teams, product specialists, and operational staff.
* Strong operational risk awareness, with experience embedding mitigations during design and delivery phases.
* Resilience and a proactive, sleevesārolledāup approach suited to environments with shifting priorities and ambitious transformation goals.
