Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, maintaining accurate records in the National Firearms Licensing Management System, processing application fees, and assisting with the production of certificates. You’ll manage digital communications, handle general administrative tasks, and provide a professional first point of contact for members of the public. From liaising with applicants and GPs to supporting secure weapon storage procedures, your work will make a real difference.
Key Requirements
* Have experience of working in a customer service or customer focused environment
* Be process driven – working to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
