We are recruiting a Litigation Supervisor to manage complex intermediate/ Multi-track cases. You'll handle your own caseload while also having the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contributing to the team's growth and success.

Team

Working within our Motor team, you will progress claims across multiple litigation stages on behalf of top-tier motor insurance clients. You will utilise our hybrid working model from one of our offices in Birmingham or Manchester

Client Base

1. Insurers
2. Claims handlers
3. Self-insured organisations

Key Responsibilities

4. Independently manage a caseload of Fast track / Intermediate complex, Credit Hire matters
5. Supervise, Provide training, guidance and support to less experienced colleagues
6. Draft and file court documents
7. Lead negotiations to case progression
8. Ensure high-quality client service and compliance with internal and procedural standards

Required experience

9. Qualified Solicitor
10. Around 4+ years' experience handling High value litigated Credit Hire claims
11. 18 months+ experience in a supervisor capacity dealing with litigated Credit Hire claims
12. Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
13. Excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
14. Formal legal qualifications are advantageous, but demonstrable practical litigation experience is crucial
