Locum Meds Optimisation Pharmacy Technician - Birmingham
Hunter Gatherer have a brilliant, niche opportunity with a NHS hospital in Birmingham. A GPhC-registered technician with prior medicines optimisation experience is required to join the department. The locum post holder work within standard procedures to take drug histories and document details of patient's drugs on admission. They will also be expected to assess patient's own drugs for quality as part of the wider pharmacy team & to check discharge prescriptions that are clinically checked by a pharmacist.
PLEASE NOTE: Prior meds optimisation experience is required along with current GPhC-registration. This is a Band 5 post.
