James Ray Recruitment are looking to recruit multiple Learning Support Assistants to work within SEN schools based across the Liverpool, Wirral and Sefton.
These are full time positions covering on an ongoing basis starting January and will run for the entire academic year.
Who is the ideal candidate?
* Experience in supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and complex needs
* Experience within a SEN setting
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, at level 1 or above
* Enthusiastic and ability to adapt to difficult situations
* Calm, resilient and able to communicate well with young people
* Confident in your behaviour management skills
