The role is based at our Newark office, but you will be required to support all offices. There will be requirement to travel to other offices therefore a full current driving license and use of your own vehicle (covered by business insurance) is required for the position. Key Duties And Responsibilities To provide and implement professional, affable IT support to all staff, Identifying and resolving IT issues both remotely and in person, Install desktop/server software and hardware, Implement and develop new and existing infrastructure, Proactive server and desktop maintenance, Research and development of new technologies, In-depth troubleshooting of advanced issues, Creation of support documentation and assisting with user training, Assisting with the day-to-day management of the IT systems. Hours of Work: 9.00 am – 5.15 pm - 36.25 hours per week Location: Newark Salary: Competitive depending on experience Essential Person Specification: Desirable Qualifications Maths Level 2, English Level 2 Computing degree, higher education course or industry experience Industry certifications (CompTIA A, etc.) Knowledge Windows 11 Windows Server 2016/19/22/Hyper-V Active Directory/GPO Experience of working with, and troubleshooting, wired and wireless networks with a good understanding of TCP/IP Microsoft 365/Exchange administration Azure IPVPN Skills Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
