Everest is a global leader in risk management, rooted in a rich, 50+ year heritage of enabling businesses to survive and thrive, and economies to function and flourish. We are underwriters of risk, growth, progress and opportunity. We are a global team focused on disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation for all stakeholders, who care deeply about our impact on communities and the wider world.
About the Role:

3. Contributing to reserving and capital discussions with underwriting, pricing, claims, finance, and reinsurance to improve underwriting outcomes.
4. Supporting business planning through actuarial analysis and clearly communicating results to stakeholders.
5. Performing regular portfolio analysis across classes.
6. Collaborating with Pricing Actuaries and underwriters to share insights and support actuarial assumptions.
7. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Developing tools and outputs that leverage reserving data to enhance underwriting performance and deliver valuable MI to stakeholders and senior management.
9. Supporting the production of actuarial function component reports, aligning with EIID AFR where possible.
10. Establishing and maintaining controls over model inputs, parameters, judgments, and outputs.
As Everest Insurance International continues to grow, you’ll be deeply involved in the actuarial team’s evolution—delivering quality tools and insights through:
11. Identifying, planning, and leading enhancements to reserving and capital modelling tools and approaches.
12. Modelling and coordinating parameter updates.
13. Enhancing monitoring, MI, and communication of key risks.
14. Upholding best practices and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
15. You’ll be highly visible across the business, with opportunities to collaborate, learn, and contribute across functions.
