Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lecturer - Multi-Skills Construction to join our Aylesbury campus on a full-time basis (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). In this role, you'll move beyond the job site and into a position where your expertise helps shape careers. You'll work with learners from a range of backgrounds, guiding them as they build practical skills, confidence, and a strong work ethic that prepares them for life in the construction industry. Your ability to work across different trades will allow you to deliver varied and engaging lessons, ensuring students gain a broad understanding of construction practices. You'll play a key role in helping learners push their limits, raise their aspirations, and take meaningful steps toward employment or further study. You'll also be an important part of a team that is committed to high standards, innovation in teaching, and creating an environment where every student has the chance to succeed. As industry professionals offer our students industry experience and insight, we support our unqualified teachers to learn 'on the job'. You will be given full support throughout your development to fully qualified teacher status. Whilst in employment you would be enrolled onto the Level 3 Award in Education and Training. After completion you can choose to move be onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. This is a great way for experienced professionals to achieve a recognised teaching qualification whilst in employment.
