The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Assess, record, and report on pupil progress
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and wider school teams
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold a UK-recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or BA with QTS)
Have successfully completed their ECT induction
Have recent experience teaching within mainstream primary schools
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the primary curriculum (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Be committed to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
Have confident behaviour management skills
Be reliable, proactive, and eager to secure a full-time role
