We have an exciting opportunity for dedicated and experienced Complex Support Workers to join our compassionate team at Yorkshire Community Care, supporting our clients.

Duties
* · Deliver personalised, high-quality care and support tailored to the client's individual needs.
· Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility and meal preparation.
· Ventilation and PEG management ( not essential)
· Administer medication and monitor health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to any changes.
· Support community access, accompanying the client on outings, ensuring accessibility and safety.
· Provide emotional support, encouragement and companionship.
· Maintain accurate records of all care provided and report any concerns promptly.
· Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
What We're Looking For
· Experience with Cerebral Palsy, PEG feeding, and seizure management is highly desirable (training can be provided).
· Confident supporting home ventilation and monitoring respiratory status. (not essential)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Energetic, positive, and empathetic personality.
· Awareness of accessibility needs, including wheelchair-friendly routes, transport and venues.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider care team.
· Flexibility to work 12-hour daytime shifts.

* Someone who can bring warmth, humour and creativity to the role.
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
