Tulloch Homes (part of The Springfield Group) currently has vacancies for qualified Joiners to work within our trades division.
As our business continues to expand and grow due to the high housing demand, now is a great opportunity to join the team and work on our developments!
Working in a permanent full time role, you will have key responsibilities which will include areas such as:
* All aspects of carpentry/joinery work on a new build housing development.
* Ensuring our Health and Safety compliance standards are met.
* Assisting colleagues, ensuring a high standard of customer journey is provided.
* Have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team delivering joinery projects to completion.
* Working alongside our apprentices in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

The successful candidates will preferably be qualified to:
· Educated to SCQF Level 6 in Carpentry and Joinery (SVQ Level 3) or have relevant joinery experience.
· Preferably have experience working on a new build housing site and with new build timber kit erection, sheeting and/or finishing.
· Have their own tools.
