What You’ll Do Support pupils in the classroom, in small groups, and during individual learning activities Help deliver engaging lessons, adapting learning to meet pupils’ needs Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, using a calm and supportive approach Assist with behaviour regulation and communication strategies Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff Encourage independence, life skills and confidence in a nurturing environment What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants with a positive attitude, resilience and a genuine desire to support young people. Experience in SEND, autism support or education is essential.
