The Role As Responsible Individual / Service Manager, you will: Take full operational responsibility for a cluster of children’s homes, ensuring outstanding care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Support and mentor Registered Managers, promoting professional development and a culture of excellence. Oversee governance, quality assurance, and performance frameworks to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. Lead the setup and registration of new homes, including staff recruitment and embedding therapeutic care models. Maintain oversight of OFSTED standards and prepare services for inspections.
