Help shape the personal growth and development of students, offering guidance and targeted support in areas where they may require additional help or confidence. Support the creation and delivery of engaging, structured routines that inspire enjoyment, build confidence, and encourage continuous progress in pupils’ academic and personal development. Assist in implementing personalised learning strategies to ensure pupils with varying needs can access the curriculum effectively. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to monitor pupil progress, adapting support methods to enhance each pupil’s academic, social, and emotional development. Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where pupils feel supported, valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
