HR Systems Solution Specialist (SuccessFactors) – RS
Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a flexible role, with the option to work fully remotely or from any of our UK office locations.
We’re looking for a skilled and solutions-focused SuccessFactors Consultant to join our Global People Technology team. In this role, you’ll lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of our People Technology platforms, ensuring they align seamlessly with HR processes and business needs. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our digital HR ecosystem and delivering impactful, scalable solutions across our global organisation.
Responsibilities
* Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Lead functional design workshops and document business processes and system requirements.
* Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, workflows, permissions, and data models.
* Manage People Technology projects, including implementations and enhancements.
* Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of HR processes and experience creating functional design documents.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
* Skilled in system testing, validation, and handover to support.
* Experience in project or programme management, including working with multiple stakeholders.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules and experience in end-to-end implementations (desirable).
* Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
