We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Work with the Sales Director to develop and deliver a business development strategy that supports business growth and our sustainability strategy. • Lead the development of new product sales in our designated region. • Maintain and develop existing customers, as required, to optimise service, business growth and customer satisfaction. • Identify opportunities to create new income streams, and report on market/competitor threats. • Produce regular reports on business development performance analysis. • Research, analyse and regularly maintain a register of potential opportunities using appropriate tools (i.e., CRM). • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information Requirements Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role (ideally in corrugated packaging) Proven sales track record Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Proficiency in English Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
