What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide on‑site and remote technical support across client environments.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Configure and manage Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory environments.
* Maintain network infrastructure – including firewalls (Meraki / Draytek / Sophos), switches, and wireless systems.
* Support Hyper‑V, SharePoint Online, and Teams / VoIP deployments.
* Assist in infrastructure design and implementation for client projects.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Windows Server 2012+ and Windows 10/11
* Active Directory & Group Policy
* Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Online Administration
* Networking (DNS, DHCP, routing, switching)
* Firewall Configuration (Meraki, Draytek, Sophos)
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience in a Technical Support or Infrastructure Engineering role.
* (Desirable) 5+ years’ experience in an MSP environment.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
