To support the “Support 2 Independence Manager” in managing supported accommodation for care experienced and care leavers at locations including Burlington Close, Claremont Terrace, Cliffe Park, or Elwin Terrace.
These provisions support care leavers in acquiring essential life skills (emotional and practical) for independent living.
To lead the staff team supporting young people accessing the Next Steps Service and residing at the mentioned locations, including outreach support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day management of supported accommodation.
2. Liaising with service users, supervising colleagues, supporting service user plans, and communicating with the Support 2 Independence Manager or deputy.
3. Shifts are scheduled over a 5-week rota.
