About The Role
'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and we're looking for new Team Members who love doing just that!
Instead of working in one department, we're seeking Team Members to work across different resort teams, supporting our guests and providing a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin's.
As an SIA Licenced Team Member Plus, your schedule will include:
1. Monday and Friday: cleaning guest accommodations, including bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and kitchens, aligned with our Clean and Fault Free program.
2. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: working in the Resort Safety (Security) department.
This role offers variety and the opportunity to gain experience in multiple departments. You will be compensated accordingly.
Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and relocating to the area.
About You
We seek high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning and working with like-minded people.
While previous security-related experience is desirable, it is essential that you hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License, a valid UK driving license, and/or CCTV license, which would be advantageous.
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all the training needed. We value your attitude, mindset, and passion for making a difference to our guests.
