Position: Senior Software Engineer

Salary - £80,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience)

In 2025, we successfully expanded our product range to include Cash Management, and as we set our sights on the future, we continue to seek innovative ways of helping clients to achieve best execution and best practice on all their treasury related activities.
Your mission
We’re looking for an exceptional Software Engineer, preferably with a background in finance (ideally FX) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to bring your skills and ideas to a fast-growing fintech company, where you will support us in defining and delivering technology solutions that help to deliver our ambitious plans.
This role will focus on enhancing the trading capabilities of the group through developing the core trading backbone. This will include a mix of new features, reduction of technical debt and greater integration into the MillTechFX technology estate.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
* Development across the full stack
* Contribute to architecture decisions
* Support & maintenance of code
* Discovery and integration of new technologies
* Help to embed a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
Required skills:
* +5 years experience working in C#/.NET
* Experience developing front and middle office systems
* Strong SQL experience
* Experience developing cloud native solutions in Azure or AWS
* Experience with event-based, micro-services architecture
* Experience across the SLDC across software design, delivery and support
Additional skills you may have:
* Python experience
