Robert Half is partnered with a company in Leicestershire to recruit a new Head of FP&A. This is a newly created position and will report into an experienced Finance Director taking full responsibility of the FP&A function for the organisation.

The organisation is a Private Equity backed business, that is growing extensively. They have a large finance team, based in Leicestershire, and work 2 or 3 days a week from the office. The culture is collaborative, and fast-paced. It would suit ambitious individuals who thrive on driving change and growth.
The Role
As the Head of FP&A, you will be hands on in the creation on financial models, reports and analysing data across the organisation. You will lead a small team to provide insights to the board and investors that influence their decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead on financial modelling, creating new models and refining existing reporting and analysis methods
2. Grow the FP&A function in line with business objectives
3. Support the annual budgeting, and forecasting processes
4. Improve the use of technology and systems across the finance team
5. Spearhead the FP&A function, guiding a team to new heights of success.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
6. ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
7. Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
8. Ability to lead and grow a function
9. Experience business partnering board level individuals
10. Exposure to a PE backed organisation (desirable)
