Job Description:
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Burnley primary schools? We are recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools with short-term and long-term cover needs, including:
* Staff sickness
* Staffing gaps
* Additional support for pupils with EHCPs
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of school settings, supporting children in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
* Work 1:1 or with small groups of children, including those with additional needs
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support children’s emotional and educational development

Requirements:
* Experience working with children in a professional setting (e.g. school, nursery, youth work)
OR
* A relevant qualification in childcare, education, or support work
* A flexible and proactive approach to work
* Ability to travel to schools in the Burnley area
