As the incoming Sales Manager, you will have a proven track record working for a leading property agent, with a network of high-net-worth individuals looking to purchase off plan or ready to move into units.
You will be a driven and ambitious individual who is commercially astute, industry established, passionate about the market and familiar with new homes sales having worked an industry leading estate agency brand. You will be used to influencing positive change within a business and will have strong commercial clout and the ability to be able to make key decisions.
You will come from a very strong property background and have experience managing the sales processes and a proven track record of implementing a sales and marketing strategy with a on customer journey.

Key requirements:
1. Extensive new home sales experience in the luxury property market.
2. Experience working as an estate agent selling prime property.
3. Have managed UHNW clients both domestically and internationally.
4. Understanding and background of setting strategy and sales forecasting in the new homes industry.
5. Experience in developing, coaching and motivating teams.
6. Very driven and determined to succeed.
7. Knowledge of the new homes property market.
8. Report writing skills.
9. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
10. Valid UK driving licence.
