The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory. The Head of Restaurant Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing a specific UK region's restaurant operations. This role entails leading a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences, maintaining a vibrant and energetic restaurant atmosphere, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and guest service. • Proven track record of leadership in hospitality management with at least 5 years in a senior Hospitality operations role. • Deep commitment to guest service excellence. • Strong business acumen focused on operational success.

Oversee profit and loss statements for each restaurant within your assigned region, striving for financial excellence. 2. Manage and lead up to 16 General Managers and their teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure operational excellence. 3. Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards, ensuring all operations meet or exceed Operating procedure requirements. 4. Cultivate an environment where exceptional food quality and guest service are paramount. 5. Implement operational strategies that enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability. 6. Mentor restaurant managers, promoting professional development and high-performing team dynamics. 7. Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining impeccable standards. 8. Propel guest satisfaction initiatives that foster loyalty and repeat business. 9. Manage operational budgets with precision, balancing cost control with quality assurance. 10. Champion innovation in service and menu offerings, keeping pace with industry advancements. 11.
