The Role
We’re seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of mining communications installation and service projects across Western Australia.
You’ll be responsible for operational performance across field and workshop teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll work closely with senior leadership initially, before taking ownership of operations and driving performance across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading operational delivery across multiple projects
* Managing project timelines, performance and profitability
* Supporting and developing field teams and supervisors
* Improving operational processes and systems
* Managing workforce capability, onboarding and training
* Maintaining strong client relationships
* Monitoring performance, risks and operational outcomes
* Supporting business growth and scalability
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in operations or project leadership within mining or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of field based project delivery
* Experience managing teams and driving performance
* Ability to balance operational, financial and client outcomes
* Strong communication and leadership capability
* Ability to step into a fast moving environment and take ownership
* Must have the right to work in Australia
