UX Specialist
A fantastic opportunity for a UX Specialist to lead growth across Ecommerce platforms, creating seamless customer journeys. This is a unique opportunity to drive user-centred design across websites, mobile apps, and even interactive onboard technologies.
This is a permanent position, working for our client based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Hybrid working is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead UX Innovation by implementing user-centred design principles, conducting research, and developing solutions that meet business objectives.
2. Bring ideas to life with wireframes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
3. Define KPIs, analyse performance data, and continuously improve digital touchpoints.
4. Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to turn concepts into reality.
Key Skills:
1. Previous UX design experience, ideally in Ecommerce, travel, or hospitality sectors.
2. Expertise in designing for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
3. A passion for user research, usability testing, and crafting solutions based on insights.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
