Overview
Role - Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Facilitator. The role is to expedite and support the timely completion of Non-conformance reports through the online NCR management tool (CCIS/SWITCH). The role monitors several contracts to ensure stakeholders complete their activities within predetermined action and escalation time frames.
About The Role
The NCR Facilitator attends NCR meetings for Contracts they are responsible for and provides support to accelerate reviews where necessary. The position is within the quality department of the delivery directorate, which develops and maintains policies, strategies, standards, procedures, and best practice in quality and provides oversight of site activities and effectiveness.
Role Responsibilities
* Producing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting to provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
* Support the organisation and running of Quality Exceptions Panels, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and uploading outcomes to the electronic records management system. Maintain trackers for the ONR and uploading outcomes to enable work progress.
* Liaising between the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Suppliers, and CCIS admin to expedite CCIS (PLM) tool technical issues.
* In charge of implementation and monitoring the NCR status report within allocated Contracts.
* Production/analysis of NCR KPI reports for the NCR Facilitation Lead and other stakeholders (e.g., NCR weekly and monthly reports) to enable effective management of NCR KPIs.
* As required, support NCR stakeholders to manage the NCR process in a timely manner.
* Ensure all Non-Conformance processing tools and management processes are captured, monitored, and addressed.
* Expedite stakeholders to meet contractual obligations in terms of responses.
* Adhere to the 21-day procedure target for manufacturing NCRs and 28 days for site NCRs, to provide responses to contractors.
* Tool enhancements, awareness & training, onboarding & issue support.
* Escalate as appropriate when the NCR management procedure is not respected.
* Support access to Non-Conformance processing tools for all users.
