The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll sit at the heart of customer success.
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, build trusted relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and share of wallet. Acting as the main point of contact, you'll coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, compliance, and service excellence.
This is a commercial, detail-focused role where relationship building and growth go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage key customer accounts
* Build long-term, trusted client relationships
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements
* Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Deliver against sales and margin targets
* Forecast and track performance via CRM
* Ensure smooth order management and delivery
About You
* 5+ years' sales or account management experience
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* Confident communicating at all levels, including senior stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experienced managing multiple accounts simultaneously
* Telecoms experience or additional languages (desirable)
